Is any channel data sent to InterfaceMonitor.com?
No! Message and channel data are not sent to us. Only statistical information about your server and channels.
Can I see what your supplied channel does before I install it?
Absolutely! Import the channel, but don't deploy it. You will be able to see exactly what the script does!
Does InterfaceMonitor.com read from our databases?
No! We do not make any connections to your database. We only use the built-in Mirth™ API calls just like the Dashboard.
Does InterfaceMonitor.com share any of the supplied information with third-parties?
No! We do not share your information with third parties.
How much does InterfaceMonitor.com cost?
Your account will be e-mailed a monthly invoice at the rate of $1 per Channel ID per month, beginning 1 month after initial Channel ID registration.
Are there quantity discounts for multiple servers or channels?
Yes! Please contact sales@InterfaceMonitor.com and we will provide you with a custom quote for your exact situation.
What billing methods does InterfaceMonitor.com support?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Checks.
My company requires a P.O.# and/or invoice for payment. Can you provide one?
Yes! Please contact sales@InterfaceMonitor.com and we will provide you with any paperwork you may need.
I don't want to pay monthly, do you allow annual subscriptions?
